ORGANIC MT. OLYMPUS LEMON BALM

Its many names reveal its distinctive and (at the same time) beneficial properties…beeswax, beewort, balsam and citrus! 

Dedicated to Artemis (Diana) lemon balm is one of the bee's favorite plants because of its nectar-rich white flowers. It is not often used in cooking (its lemonate taste makes it perfect for marinades), but it excels as a decoction.

It is combined beautifully with other herbs and is considered to be particularly soothing.
